Jack strongly believes in the magic of music and singing to empower children. In his participatory performance he will share songs to inspire and spark creative young minds and nurture listening skills; songs that open windows to the world and songs for building language skills, body and spacial awareness, promote self-esteem and a sense of community.  Over the span of 30 years, Jack has built a solid reputation as a children's performer and music educator who has visited thousands of schools across Canada and the US and who has conducted well over 50 Early Childhood Educator's music workshops. Drawing on his vast repertoire of curriculum-focussed original songs, he engages the audience with memorable melodies, playfully poetic lyrics and a variety of instruments from around the world. Many of his songs have become anthems and school choir favourites, such as the multicultural greeting song, 'Siyanigbingelela', 'It's A Great Day', 'With My Own Two Hands', 'Gift Of Wings', 'Child Of The Universe', 'Water Cycle Song', and 'Crest Of The Wave', among others.
